m0nkey.org is a privately owned and operated system. you have NO rights here.

when you connect to m0nkey.org or send us e-mail anything your computer sends enters our
system and becomes the sole property of m0nkey.org. we log everything and what we do
with these logs of you accessing our site, or the e-mails that you send us is up to us.
we may do as we please with this information. by mailing anyone at m0nkey.org you forfeit any claim of copyright.
e-mail confidentiality agreements and disclaimers are invalid for mail coming into this system.
mailing anyone at m0nkey.org denotes your agreement with these rules. don't agree? then don't mail us.

m0nkey.org is a non-profit operation that is slowly sending kts to the poor house. he has
no desire to make money with this site since this is a site for him to put whatever the
hell he wants to up on it.
the only time something of yours (ex. an e-mail you sent us, your host name or IP in our
logs, etc.) will show up on m0nkey.org is if it is funny. or stupid. in either case
we'll share it with the world. and make fun of you. (hey at least we're doing it to your face unlike your friends who do it behind your back.)

this site may contain ideas, language, and images that you may not like. deal with it.
if you are offended then go away and for the love of God please don't e-mail us, asking
us to take it down. obviously we like it, or otherwise we wouldn't have put it on our
site.
Our ISP is not responsible for OUR content. This has been the case for a long time and upheld in court repeatedly.

if you're coming here because something that you own ended up on m0nkey.org please e-mail kts@m0nkey.org to sort it out. if it's an image or something like that this can usually be sorted out pretty quickly with you sending me the FULL URL of the offending image/thingy and some sort of proof that you are the copyright holder of said image/thingy. don't send me a mean e-mail (cuz it might make me sad) or a threatening e-mail (cuz i'll just ignore you.) CAN'T WE ALL JUST GET ALONG?!?!?

we'll do whatever we damn well please with any
information that we
obtain from you, however we will NEVER sell this information. Basically you have
no privacy.
